Responsibilities

• Managing all primary transport requirements for IC finished goods movements
• Work with Repack teams, local warehouses and external repackers to execute repack plans
• Create production plan for repackers
• Identify capacity and material constraints
• Collaborate with repackers on capacity constraints
• Create purchase requisitions and purchase orders
• Collaborate with market teams to inform about potential stock outs and work on alternatives
• Ensures full information flow on relevant execution topics to Category Expert on service risks in an efficient and proactive way
• Ensures availability of all relevant information for customer communication
• Takes on service optimization tasks in an agile manner across categories based on needs
• Supports proactively in continuous improvements

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

• University degree (minimum Bachelor)
• Strong communication in English & German – both oral and written skills. Ability to communicate efficiently with all levels of management and peers,
• Another European language will be an asset
• Experience in areas such as production scheduling, inventory management or supply/operations planning is preferred
• Strong process development, improvement and implementation experience
• Self-motivated and independent personality with strong negotiation & problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of supply chain and supply planning business drivers, organization structures and key metrics
• Well-developed interpersonal / communication skills
• Working knowledge of ERP systems like SAP
