Aim of the role:
Sun Investment Development PL is looking for an ambitious and goal-orientated Recruitment Specialist. As a leading person, on the local level of the company, you will take full ownership of the local recruitment process, which should result in talented and positive people around in SID’s offices. This role reports directly to, and works side by side with, Global Head of Recruitment based in Warsaw.

Key areas of Recruitment Specialist:
- Leading local recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process to scale and grow SIG. Renewables is still new in Poland but related industries are RES, Construction, Real Estate, Financial & Investment,
- Conducting comprehensive recruitment-related activities: selection, competence assessment. Keeping pulse with the Candidate at all stages of the recruitment process,
- Taking care of positive Candidate’s Experience and high human-centric standards during the whole recruitment pipeline,
- Ongoing support and recommendation of candidates for managers of individual teams,
- Preparation of reports, summaries, and presentations regarding the conducted processes.
This role is perfect for you, if you:
- Have a wide network in the Renewables industry,
- Have a smart business outlook and aren’t afraid of hands-on approach,
- Have a High ownership ratio, trouble fixing attitude and positive energy around,
- Knowledge of the HR industry: new trends, selection tools, search methods,
- Graduated HR studies or related,
- Have at least 2 years of hands-on experience with leading recruitment process,
- Experience in an international work environment is more than welcome.
