Global Operations Consultant
Miejsce pracy: Katowice

For our Global Operation Department, we are looking for candidates for operational roles to help us in post-sales support for our customers.

Key responsibilities:
  • Post sale handling of LCC bookings;
  • Issuing of LCC bookings;
  • Adding extra services, changes and refunds within LCC bookings;
  • Processing refunds to customer;
  • Issuing insurances;
  • Bank payment verification and payments' handling;
  • Cooperation with external providers as well as other eSky departments.
Requirements:
  • Very good written, professional and diplomatic communication skills;
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • At least communicative command of English;
  • Ability to work on shifts;
  • Customer service related experience will be a plus.
