• Sourcing candidates using various recruitment tools and techniques (practice knowledge of most common tools is a must, but the more creative and non-typical methods you use, the better!);
• Building long-term relationships with candidates;
• Taking care of an excellent Candidate Experience;
• Drawing candidates' attention to open positions;
• Keeping candidates' talent pool updated and in shape;
• Supporting our current recruitment processes in the IT area;
• Co-creating Brainhub’s recruitment processes.

The answer is ‘yes’ if you have:

• At least 1 year experience in talent sourcing for IT positions (ideally in a software house),
• Superb command of written and spoken English (at least B2),
• Excellent experience in using all available tools and methods supporting active search on daily basis,
• Experience in gathering needs and understanding IT positions,
• Proactivity, creativity, ownership and excellent time management skills,
• Analytical and kind of detective skills,
• Openness and ease in establishing relationships,

• Salary: 6 000 - 8 000 PLN net, B2B (or 5 000 - 6 700 PLN gross, employment contract),
