Accountant PtP - Accounts Payable
Miejsce pracy: Katowice

Your responsibilities
  • In the PtP department: processing invoices, employee expenses and credit card statements, handling supplier queries and payments, cleansing supplier balances (aged creditors and debit balances). For German scope – also intercompany reconciliation
  • Participation in activities related to month end closing process
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Creating and updating process documentation
  • Preparation of documentation for audit purposes
  • Participation in projects improvement existing processes
  • Active cooperation with other departments, company units and trading partners
  • Opportunity to participate in knowledge transferring projects from other European company locations
Our requirements
  • At least bachelor degree (Finance, Accounting or related)
  • Experience in finance area, within BPO/SSC is an asset
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Very good English skills
  • Knowledge of a second European language is an asset
  • Diligence, reliability, good organization skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Willing to develop in an international company
  • Energy and drive to succeed
