Junior Procurement Process Specialist with Hebrew

Recruitment process for this position and onboarding trainings are conducted online.
- good knowledge of languages: English (at least B2 level) and Hebrew ( at least B2+/C1)
- willingness to develop in procurement area
- good communication skills and client-oriented attitude
- basic knowledge of MS Office
- ability to work well with team and stakeholders
We don’t require professional experience. You will be working among experts, where willingness to learn new things is supported by a wide range of trainings designed to improve your skills.
- processing routine Purchase Requisitions (reviews PRs for compliance, releasing completed Purchase Orders for approval)
- managing routine free-text requisitions where no competitive bidding is required
- comparing product deliveries with issued purchase orders and contacting vendors when there are discrepancies
- transmitting POs to suppliers and managing negative order confirmation
You will start your career from the onboarding plan where you’ll grab the basics. When you gain enough experience, you can get promoted or change your role internally choosing from various job positions in areas such as finance, project management, customer care, IT and much more.
