Inviting applications for the role of AUTOMATIONS AND REPORTING DOMAIN EXPERT

• Built and deploy complex automations improvement solutions (mainly tools, automations)
• Manage complex Power BI reporting solutions development for various business metrics
• Participate in European and Global projects where technical knowledge is required
• Act as SME for technical solutions agenda
   

• Designing / developing / maintaining complex local IT tools used in the hub area – using VBA, SQL, Python, Power Automate, MS Office solutions related tools
• Designing / developing / maintaining complex reporting platforms – mainly basing on Power BI solution and using data cubes, scripted data and MS Access data bases
• Proactively look for improvements and sustainable technical solutions for operational teams
• Leading part of developing parts of global / strategic solutions
• Taking ‘Subject Matter Expert’ ownership for reporting area
• KPIs reporting and month end closure reporting maintenance
• Providing support and technical skills training for HUB team members

• Leading edge in applications and computer skills (MS Office - focus on Excel and Access, Power BI, SAP, PEGA)
• Advanced programming and reports building skills (for example: VBA, SQL, Python)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to smoothly work with huge data bases

• Ability to propose / asses / select solutions
• Ability to cooperate with internal customers
• Ability to manage parallel tasks

• At least 2 years of experience in IT Developer position in Customer Services Operations
