Job Description
- Manage tenders and commercial negotiations within related categories and/or assigned projects
- Strong support to build procurement strategy across categories and secure execution within local organizations
- Support strategic planning and implementation of cost/cash savings management
- Lead contract negotiations to ensure supplier and Paccor compliance
- Lead multi functional/site teams to ensure delivery of key performance criteria such as targeted cost of goods, lowest total cost of capital equipment, quality product
- Implement and manage changes and interventions to achieve cost/cash saving outputs.
- Lead internal improvement/change initiatives & projects
Qualifications
- Educated to degree level preferably Economics, Business or Engineering
- Sourcing/Procurement experience in the Indirects area
- Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word fluency
- Good negotiation skills
- Contract Management & Negotiation experience
- Supplier Relationship Management skills
- Very good English, written and spoken}
- German will be an advantage
