What do you need to start?

• Good knowledge of software testing practices or experience in similar role.
• Good understanding of User Experience / User Design principles.
• Ability to explore and test systems without supervision.
• Strong interpersonal, communication skills.
• Fluent English skills.

What duties will help you grow?

• Testing tailored web applications and automations solutions from many domains (HR, Finance, Risk Management, etc.)
• Analyzing solutions from the business and the end-user perspective to make sure they serve their purpose without technical or functional errors.
• Working closely with Developers to eliminate problems.
• Working in a Scrum team according to Agile principles.
• Participation in feature review. Participation in design and planning meetings.
