What do you need to start?

  • Very good verbal and written French language;
  • presenting La Niaque! attitude;
  • good command of MS Office suite;
  • good ITIL methodology knowledge;
  • previous experience with IT Service Management.
    It's not essential, but we appreciate if you also have:
  • ITIL certification.

 

What duties will help you grow?


We are currently looking for a French speaking Application/Process Owner for for a French client. This role gives you a chance to work on operational implementation and monitoring of the following ITIL processes:
  • Incident/Events management;
  • Crisis management;
  • Management of requests and service catalog;
  • Problem management;
  • Change management.
