Responsibilities will include:

• Expediting of all outstanding Purchase Orders to ensure delivery dates are met and system data is accurate
• Communication of delivery dates to customers
• Managing Email inboxes
• Processing of purchase quotations and sales orders to purchase orders
• Invoice and other issue resolution with suppliers
• Provide information as requested to the business
• Continual review of processes and procedures and suggestions for improvements
• Customer site support: working closely with internal customers to understand needs and offer optimum solution, processing of purchase quotation requests ensuring best value is offered at all times, ensure correct use of vendors and procedures

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Excellent English language skills: written and verbal
• Customer service and team working background
• Problem solving experience
• Confident telephone manner
• Excellent communication at all levels
• Methodical approach with attention to detail
• Positive attitude to change
• Able to work under pressure

Desirable – Not Essential:

• Purchasing or finance experience
• Experience of working with multinational companies
• Negotiation Skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
• SAP or DDS knowledge
