What duties will help you grow?

• Supervise all staff members to determine how well they function in their jobs on a day-to-day basis. This includes creating written evaluations for other management staff to read.
• Regularly evaluate employees in terms of meeting company standards for professionalism, attendance, and work performance.
• Assess the business’s staffing needs and report them to Operations Lead
• Interview and hire new employees and provide them with any new hire and orientation paperwork in accordance with company policies.
• Delegate tasks to appropriate team members
• Manage various deadlines and progress across the team to ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget
• Assist Technical Team managers in handling staff related matters.
