Your responsibilities:

  • Supporting end to end recruitment process, administration and onboarding of new employees
  • Effectively engaging with hiring managers and understanding the business talent requirements
  • Sourcing suitable candidates to our plant
  • Screening/ interviewing candidates
  • Contacting job agencies, as needed
  • Building effective relationships with internal and external customers
  • Take part in Talent Branding projects

Our requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree (in HR related field will be an advantage)
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment
  • Comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
  • Very good command of English (at least B2 level)
