What do you need to start?

• Good verbal and written French language
• Avoir La Niaque! Enthusiastic, hardworking, confident with a "can do" attitude
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work with a minimum of supervision as well as perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment

• Technical background/experience
• Experience in a managerial position would be an asset

What duties will help you grow?

• The selected candidate will be responsible for people management for a team of 15 to 20 employees
• She/He will focus on recruitment / talent attraction, onboarding of new joiners and people development
• She/He will be responsible for the day-to-day team management: planning, performance management, coaching and mentoring
• She/He will act as a promoter: develop career paths in collaboration with team members, responsible for identification, assessment and alignment of the key competencies required to be successful on the available career paths
