• You will apply your experience in project management, warehouse processes and operations for leading of improvement and innovations projects at our existing sites. 
• You will deal with variety of challenging projects - such as ’improvement waves’, innovative solutions, operational and financial turnarounds. 
• You will participate at the project initiation - defining the project incl. the goal, budget, milestones, project plan and needed project organization. You will use CEVA project management tools.
• With your distinct commercial acumen, you will align the project goals on the business objectives.
• You will coordinate the tasks within the projects team, control the timelines and challenge the results.
• You will define and track project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• You will provide regular project updates to the project team and management. Continuous challenge of the target achievement and escalation of any project related issues if needed.   
• Within the project - in addition to the project management role - you will support the team for any queries related to warehouse process engineering. Your also might take over further project roles.
• You will have the possibility to support significant implementation projects in different project roles and continuously increase your professionality.

• You bring a bachelor’s degree (Logistics, Management or similar) with strong link to process management.
• You have already at least 7 years of warehousing experience - mainly in project management, solutions design, process calculations, warehouse operations.
• You have experience in modern project management methods - PRINCE2 or similar.
• You have good understanding of warehousing processes and distinct commercial acumen.   
• You have excellent communications skills which allow you to work with the operational teams on the shop floor but also to convince higher management and external clients about the results of your work.
• Ability to communicate in English is a must.
• You are an excellent team player with the ability to lead efficiently different types of teams - including virtual and international.
• You have already a first experience with warehousing processes and LEAN methods which you continuously extend by obtaining new knowledge in the independent and target oriented way.
• You can travel within Eastern Europe (PL, CZ, SK, HU, RO) to the extent of 50% of the working time.
