Responsibilities:

• Back office activities related to Finance - tracking, scanning and sharing all vendor invoices and expense reports
• Acting as a liaison for other finance teams - SSC / AP / T&L teams to ensure end to end accounting for these processes
• Sending / collecting documents for statutory booking
• Company card administration - company cards issuance, credit limit enhancement and support for employees
• Perform bank payments - AP, T&L reimbursement, statutory taxes
• Perform account reconciliations for bank & T&L accounts

Qualifications:

• Very good knowledge of English min. B2
• 1+ year of experience on a similar position
• Experience in Accountancy (AP, RTR), closing and reporting process for multinationals / large organizations
• University degree
• Good MS Office (especially MS Excel) knowledge
• Analytical thinking and ability to learn fast
• Personal culture and ability to deal with the client properly
• High motivation and willingness to learn
