Duties:

• Design products (thermal and mechanical designs) to fulfill customer needs (performance, cost and timing) based on inquiries from various entities
• Contacting customers (first sales) to analyze the inquiry
• Detailed analysis of the specifications
• Macro feasibility analysis to evaluate possibility or impossibility to meet requests (rough thermal analysis)
• Collaboration with product and process engineers
• Preparation of a preliminary cost hypothesis and a draft of the proposed solution
• Working on the project using CFD tools and preparing reports
• Working on mechanical design based on knowledge of existing products and technologies
• Product cost preparation and cost optimization
• Verifying the final feasibility after receiving the order for prototypes for the designed project
• Responsibility for reporting the results of performance tests
• Constant and systematic archiving of all the documents related to the project according to internal procedures
• Keeping records of important and innovative cases and share them in team meetings
• Being flexible and available for emerging needs and support to colleagues

Requirements:

• Knowledge and experience in 3D Drawings (SolidWorks)
• Experience in designing products (thermal and mechanical designs)
• Experience in macro feasibility analysis
• Experience in preliminary cost hypothesis
• Knowledge of CFD tools
• Knowledge of cost preparations and cost optimization
• Knowledge of CFD (Icepak, Ansys, etc)
• Knowledge of thermodynamics and fluid dynamics
• Knowledge and experience in FMEA
• Knowledge in Project Management
• Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 3 years+ of experience in Design
• Negotiation skills
• Organizational, self-organizational and planning skills
