Ground & Rail BPE Administrator
Job location: Katowice

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Support the BPE Manager in analytics and modelling
  • Work proactively with all functions in the organization to collect processes information and data for assigned projects
  • Perform value stream mapping of the studied processes at very detailed levels and quantity impact of each stream
  • Develop simple or complex tools/dashboards to support future processes and current operations if required
  • Use TMS, if required, for process analysis or collect data
  • Support the BPE on the deployment and monitoring of the programs, you could be responsible for certain streams
  • Work with various stakeholders to drive project deliverables, consolidate project updates & documentation
  • Support & coordinate projects activities / processes (trainings, workshops, management reviews, project audits, etc.)

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in Ground sector with broader experience in Logistics
  • Lean methodology knowledge
  • Advanced English - written and spoken
  • Advanced Excel and knowledge of other tools from MS Office
  • University degree
  • High sense of responsibility and accuracy, ability to persuade others
  • Initiative and innovative attitude towards work and processes' optimization
  • Logical thinking, open-mindedness
  • Ability to work in a team, excellent communication skills
