Caterpillar is looking for an entry level Buyer Support Analyst for its Sosnowiec facility.
- The analysis and maintenance of procurement and logistics data including but not limited to: quotations, invoices, supplier data/measurement, offers comparisons, price increases processing, looking for saving opportunities.
- Direct support for the Buyer with administrative tasks
- General procurement support
- Keep in touch with the suppliers
- University degree – we welcome the application of fresh graduates and students of last years as well
- Firm English knowledge (written and verbal)
- Curiosity to work with different suppliers internationally
- High organisational skills, attention to details, responsibility, fast learner
Top candidates will also have:
- Experience as a procurement administrator
- Prior knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, Excel software
- Prior experience with administrative working environment is a great advantage
