We are looking for you:
  • If you have experience in managing software engineering teams,
  • If you have experience with work in an agile environment,
  • If you understand "devops" as culture not as a role,
  • If you are direct but careful with feedback, both given and received,
  • If you have excellent communication skills, advanced level of English (C1 or above).
You'll get extra points for:
  • Guiding company transformations,
  • Understanding of software development best practices,
  • Experience in one or more of the following programming languages: C#, Javascript and typescript, Java.
