We are looking for you:
- If you have experience as a Product Owner working with Product Backlog,
- If you have very good analytical and problem-solving skills,
- If you have negotiating skills,
- If you have experience in project management,
- If you have knowledge of the SCRUM framework,
- If you own a PSPO certificate issued by SCRUM.ORG,
- If you have general knowledge of ELK, ELK stack,
- If you have strong awareness about latest IT trends regarding squad organizing, code management/deployment model",
- If you understand modern approaches "SRE", "cloud-native", "pair-coding".
You'll get extra points for:
- Very good command of English (spoken and written),
- Knowledge and practical experience in working in the SCRUM team,
- Ability to create a product vision that is as valuable to the customer as possible,
- Soul of an entrepreneur and treat every product as if it were yours,
- Ability to make the unpopular but necessary decisions about the prioritization of tasks,
- Ability to work with clients and stakeholders, understanding of their needs and ability to convey them to the team,
- University degree (preferably in IT, project management, other sciences),
- Positive disposition towards cooperation, group work on tasks in an international environment.
