We are looking for you:
  • If you have 3+ years proven experience in managing services and supporting Business Customers in international environment, preferably with IT scope,
  • If you have collaborative approach,
  • If you are comfortable in dealing with all types of external and internal Customers,
  • If you are focus on getting things done,
  • If you have strong analytical skills, excellent in planning and paying attention to details,
  • If you have fast adapting personality with a strong sense of taking responsibility, initiatives and working independently,
  • If you have excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to manage expectations,
  • If you have ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines and to cope with a rapidly changing environment,
  • If you are fluent in English,
  • If you are proficient in MS Office, especially Power Point and Excel.
You'll get extra points for:
  • Experience and knowledge of methodologies and standards such as: Agile, Scrum, ITIL, COBIT,
  • Higher education, IT or business studies are welcome,
  • Experience and understanding of IT Security topics
  • Developed understanding of banking or finances
  • Knowledge of meetings facilitation techniques,
  • Ability to influence, persuade and negotiate.

Our squad provides service management and integration supporting organization and our Customers. We follow Agile approach and mindset cooperating within whole ING Group.
