We are looking for you:
- You have a master or bachelor degree in computer science or similar technical education
- You have at least 1 to 3 years of IT work experience, e.g. as penetration tester, security specialist, security engineer, administrator, risk specialist or maybe even as auditor
- You like to learn and explore the profession of internal IT auditing within the most innovative awarded bank in Western Europe
- You like to work with new IT technologies and are for example familiar with containerized environments (Kubernetes/Dockers), cloud computing (private/public), virtualization (VMware), databases (Oracle, MSSQL) or data analytics (Knime)
- You like to work in an international environment by meeting other people/cultures and travel within Europe
- You like to develop your skills and knowledge through various course and training opportunities
- You are pro-active, professionally skeptical and willing to take on challenges
- You are accurate, creative in your solutions and performance oriented
- You are able to clearly express ideas, facts and opinions both in speaking and writing in English
You'll get extra points for:
- Being capable of working in international teams as well as working independently when required by certain tasks
- Being customer oriented by putting yourself in the position of an audit client without losing your objectivity
- Being assertive in challenging management and recommending improvements
- Having one or more relevant certifications, such as: CISA, CIA, CISSP, CEH, OSCP, etc. If you do not have a CISA or CIA certification yet ING will support you in obtaining one of them in the first 18 months
Information about squad:
You will support the execution of IT Infrastructure and IT security audits locally in Katowice plus other ING locations across Europe. You will contribute in reporting our IT audit findings through audit reports to management of the bank, and provide suggestions for improvement. You should be able to travel abroad for approximately 12 weeks per year, divided in 2-3 weeks per assignment. Currently due to the pandemic situation all our audits are done remotely from home as we do not travel
