We are looking for you:
- If you have at least 2 years of experience in Business Analyst/Process Development
- If you have strong EPC (Extended event-driven process chain) knowledge
- If you have communicative English language skills (B2)
- If you have familiarity with Agile methodologies
- If you have IT security experience
You'll get extra points for:
- ARIS development skills
- Proficiency in analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into process models for better understanding and process analysis.
- Comprehensive experience in Process Consulting related tools like ARIS, Enterprise Architect, Bizagi etc.
- Skilled in mapping clients’ business requirements and translating these requirements into functional specifications.
- Effective communication with strong analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Agile methodology development
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
Information about squad:
You will interface with client and business teams and will be involved in different stages of the Identity and Access Management process development. You will play an important role in creating the global IAM processes. The role is expected to be very hands-on with ARIS Product suite and requires deep understanding of the product. The position requires someone who is self-motivated, has a processes background, and possesses great communication skills
