We are looking for you:
  • You have experience in participating in Workday delivery & support with a focus on Workday Absence and HCM modules,
  • You have experience in optimizing Workday Absence and HCM modules processes,
  • You have experience in providing functional oversight, gathering business requirements and performing system design and configuration,
  • You have ability to create test plans and conduct testing,
  • You have ability to resolve issues on Workday Absence and HCM,
  • You have 1+ years of experience in Workday Absence and HCM modules,
  • You have full professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
You'll get extra points for:
  • Cross Functional Knowledge with other modules of Workday,
  • HR functional experience,
  • Workday Service Partner Certification or Customer certification.
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask effectively,
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects,
  • Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution,
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with HR and IT clients,
  • You actively seek for improvements & innovations,
  • Ability to pay strong attention to details.

Scope of duties

40%- Serve as a subject matter expert in WorkdayAbsence and HCM matters and involve in designand modification efforts for continual systemalignment with business objectives.
30%- Perform Workday administrative functionsrelating to Workday Absence and HCM modules.
20%- Manage the Production and establish awell-controlled systems environment.
10%- Provide end-user support, change managementand issue resolution.
