We are looking for you if:
  • You have at least 2 year experience in managing teams and projects,
  • You are experienced in facilities management area,
  • You have analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills,
  • You are proactive, open to change and seek solutions between internal requirements and demands,
  • You are people oriented and customer focused,
  • You have strong organisation, time management and prioritising skills,
  • You can plan and manage budget effectively,
  • You have very good English written and verbal communications skills (at least b2 level).
You'll get extra points for:
  • Knowledge and experience in car fleet management and business travel processes,
  • Knowledge of Health&Safety and fire safety guidelines,
  • Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM),
  • Licenses certifying education (property management, SAP, facility manager),
  • Experience of running / supporting a company relocation for more than 500 people.
Information about squad:


Team is located in Warsaw and Katowice, thus Team Lead will be required to travel (ca. 10%- 20% of time per month).

In this role, you will be required to:

  • Effectively manage office space,
  • Lead projects, including relocation, re-arrangement and fit-out,
  • Cooperate with the Building Manager and implement improvements in cooperation with the manager,
  • Participate in selection and contracting of subcontractors/suppliers and further cooperation,
  • Seek new solutions and bring necessary changes to the company,
  • Take care of technical, design, control-inspection / facility documentation, etc.,
  • Cooperate closely with the company’s departments and negotiate between what is demanded and what is deliverable.
