We are looking for you if:
  • You have experience as a Product Owner working with Product Backlog,
  • You have general knowledge of operating system (Windows, RedHat), databases (Oracle), middleware/app servers.
  • You have an ability to provide support to internal and external customers to meet and understand their needs and expectations,
  • You can establishing plans to determine tasks, priorities, and timelines and identifying the resources needed to achieve goals,
  • You have an ability to clearly and succinctly express ideas, facts and opinions as well as you capable of express them fluently both in speaking and writing, supported by appropriate tools (English C1),
  • You have knowledge of the SCRUM framework,
  • You have strong awareness about latest IT trends regarding squad organizing, code management/deployment model.
You'll get extra points for:
  • Experience in project management,
  • A PSPO certificate issued by SCRUM.ORG,
  • Knowledge and practical experience in working in the SCRUM team,
  • Ability to create a product vision that is as valuable to the customer as possible,
  • Ability to make the unpopular but necessary decisions about the prioritization of tasks,
  • Ability to work with clients and stakeholders, understanding of their needs and ability to convey them to the team,
  • University degree (preferably in IT, project management, other sciences),
  • Positive disposition towards cooperation, group work on tasks in an international environment.

We are looking for Product Owner of an infra support service for one of our core solutions focused on managing card payments. The team is combined of multi-tech engineers of operational systems, databases and application servers. 
We work together, inspiring and supporting each other in day to day work focused achieving our goals.
