IT Specialist
Location: Dąbrowa Górnicza

Direct report to: IT Manager

 

Key Responsibilities and tasks:
  • Resolving line technical issues over the telephone, via email, via live chat or on site,
  • Follow-up of the Services incidents reported by our users to our helpdesk,
  • Adapt, enrol and follow up group procedures,
  • Complete ad hoc administrative tasks,
  • Hands-on, solving desktop/laptop/printer/application/hardware issues,
  • Working on specific IT projects e.g. hardware renewal projects, involvement in larger projects, onboarding new users,
  • Maintaining the security of the IT system,
  • Negotiating with suppliers of computer equipment,
Knowledge, skills and experience:
  • You have experience in an IT support role.
  • You are customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude with an interest to IT-infrastructure topics.
  • You have a first expertise with the technologies related to Digital Workplace (Windows 10, Office 365, PC’s, iOS, Unified Communication, … ).
  • You have a knowledge or understanding of Active Directory and GPO.
  • You have a first experience with hardware diagnostic and repair, hardware setup and installation.
  • You have an understanding of basic network technologies.
  • You are a team player and open communicator.
  • Self-learner willing to keep updated in new technologies.
  • Short travels might be required.
  • You are advanced in English both written and spoken
