IMG ARENA is looking for individuals on position:

Recruitment Specialist
Miejsce pracy: Gliwice
What will you do:
  • Candidates’ search through various channels
  • Recruitment and selection of candidates
  • Building a recognizable IMG ARENA brand on Polish market
  • Organizing various initiatives and events to find and attract the talents
  • Organization and attendance on meetups / conferences / workshops
  • Cooperation and creation of long-term relationship with universities and schools
  • Partnering with the Recruitment Manager and other Recruiters to generate ideas and to provide creative solutions
  • Participating in various recruitment and HR initiatives related to business needs.
We are looking for:
  • 2 years of experience in Recruitment will be enough!
  • Experience with direct sourcing methodologies and channel
  • Hands-on experience in designing and conducting events and candidate-driven projects
  • Good knowledge of Polish and English
  • Excellent team and networking skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Can-do attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Open mind and sense of humour
  • Love for sweets.
